The most dangerous situation in my life.

I've experienced a dangerous situation that makes me unforgettable. When I was in Vietnam, I used to do exercise with my best friend every morning. One day, after walking, My friend and I rode a bicycle together to go to a restaurant for breakfast. When my friend made a U turn, there was a motorcycle which drove very fast and crashed my left side very hard. Both of us were thrown away from the bike. My friend was okay, but I can't stand up because my waist could not move and my head collided to the ground. I did not see anything and I though my bones were broken. My friend helped me stand up and after a while, my head got better but my waist still hurt. The man who caused the accident drove me to the hospital to take X-ray. Fortunately, everything was not serious. I took some medicine and went home. Now, whenever I think back that time, I'm very scared and I don't want that situation happen again.

Picky Eater

When I was a child, I just ate what I liked and never tried new ones. Like other children, I liked to eat beef, pork and chicken, but I didn't like to eat vegetables because I thought that it had no taste. Now I can eat many kinds of vegetables but bitter vegetables such as bitter gourd. At the first time ( when I was 10 years old) my mother asked me to try bitter gourd, as soon as I put it in my mouth, I felt a terrible taste. It was so bitter that I couldn't swallow and my face was like a ugly monkey =.=". Therefore, I never try it or any bitter vegetables again. Moreover, I'm a picky eater because I just want to eat food which I like and tried it before. With the food I like, I eat them for many times without boring. Whereas, with the strange food. I rarely try it because I'm afraid that it tastes weird and not my favorite taste. However, I also think it's good to eat strange/new food because you can have changes to try new tastes that you didn't try before.

My dream job

Since I studied in elementary school, I've liked Mathematics. Thus, I spent almost my free time to invest doing math. I feel comfortable whenever I do math so I'm planning to major in Math to become a mathematician or an engineer.
However, if I have a chance to choose a dream job, I will choose to be an architect. The reason I want to become an architect because since I was a child, I've seen a lot of different kinds of house which were designed by famous architects. I also like drawing, so I was very excited when I saw their designs. I really admired them because they always came up with new ideas. Moreover, architecture comprises math and drawing which are my hobbies. I think it's pretty cool when I can design new style houses for clients and become famous.

My Profile

My name is Phung, and I am from Southern of Vietnam. I have been in America for around 6 months. This is the first time I live and study far away from my family, so I have to do everything by myself and miss my family everyday. The reason I come here to study is that I want to get a BA degree in Math at Cal State Fullerton. Now I'm studying English in America Language Program to be able to attend that university. In my country, the weather is really hot and it makes me sick and tired; therefore, I really like the weather in California because it's often cool and it doesn't cold very much.

In my family, excluding my parents, I have 3 siblings, and I'm the eldest. My father is a trader, and my mother is a housewife. My mother cook very well and I like every dishes she cook. In Vietnam, I have a cat which is very fat and mischievous, and I really like that cat. I often hang out with my friends every weekend; however, in California I stay home a lot, so I feel bored and lonely.

I have a lot of hobbies. I like drawing, listening to music, swimming, watching movies and hanging out with my friends. In my free time, I often draw some pictures or watch new movies on the internet. In addition, I also like to travel. The countries I want to travel the most are Korean and France.
